We are STEM squad photo a day challenge. Day 11: UNWIND. Yoga and walks edition. For the last seven months I’ve used yoga to unwind. I found a great teacher on YouTube, Yoga with Adriene. She is amazing! She has some great 30 day challenges and a whole host of other videos. Doing yoga every day has really brought me a lot of peace. I also love a good walk, I try to get out and see some nature at least once a day. Both yoga and walks help me unwind and relax.
